Breath

Let go

Suffer

Scream

Hold on

Her wounds and the horse's taint, she clung to the reins with determination, refusing to let pain and exhaustion hinder her progress. The lands stretched before her, ravaged by erosion and time. Once fertile and lush, they now bore the scars of neglect and harsh elements. The soil was parched, cracks snaking across the earth like desperate cries for water.

As her horse galloped across the eroded lands, her blood continued to flow, trailing down the length of her sword. The crimson stream painted a macabre picture against the steel, a testament to the battles she had fought and the wounds she had suffered.

Breath in

Every drop of blood carried a story, a mark of sacrifice and resilience. It represented the pain she endured and the strength she summoned in the face of adversity. The sword, once gleaming and pristine, now bore the evidence of her struggles, a reflection of her unyielding spirit. Her blood, flowing down the blade, became a symbol of her commitment to the cause she had fought for.

Breath out

Undeterred, she pressed on, her heart matching the rhythm of her steed's gallop. The wind whipped through her hair, carrying with it the whispers of a forgotten past. The landscape seemed to mirror her inner turmoil, a reflection of the trials she had endured. Yet, she remained resolute, her spirit unyielding.

As they rode, she glimpsed the remnants of once-thriving communities, now reduced to crumbling ruins. The ghostly structures stood as testament to the passage of time, their stones weathered by wind and rain. It was a stark reminder of the decay that had befallen the land. The screams she felt of her once breathing people.

Let go

Through it all, she held on, guided by an unshakable purpose. Her journey was not just one of survival but of redemption, seeking to restore what had been lost. With each passing mile, she willed the land to heal, imagining vibrant fields and flowing rivers replacing the scars and desolation. The wind picked up, carrying with it small, abrasive particles of sand. Each grain felt like a tiny shard against her skin, pricking and irritating her wounds, adding another layer of discomfort to her already battered body. The once-gentle touch of the breeze had transformed into a relentless assault, as if the land itself conspired to test her endurance. The sand, once a soft foundation for life, had been eroded and broken down into coarse fragments, mirroring the harshness of her surroundings.

Suffer

With each gust of wind, the sand particles stung her face and hands, creating a sensation akin to a thousand needles pricking at her skin. She winced with each contact, but she refused to let the pain deter her.

Scream

In the face of this adversity, she summoned her inner resilience, digging deep to find the strength to persevere. She shielded her eyes as best she could, squinting against the relentless assault of the sand. The tiny shards, though seemingly insignificant, served as a constant reminder of the challenges she faced.

Hold on

As she rode on, she adapted her posture, using her body as a shield against the relentless sand. She tightened her grip on the reins, holding them steady and providing a sense of stability amidst the chaotic storm. She bent her head, protecting her face as best she could, determined to press forward despite the discomfort.

Resist

In those moments, she discovered a newfound appreciation for the fragility of her own existence. The sand, once a simple part of nature, had transformed into a reminder of the harshness of the world. Yet, it also served as a catalyst for her growth, fuelling her determination to endure and overcome. The small pieces of sand, like shards against her skin, became a testament to her tenacity, pushing her forward on her quest for redemption.

May God be with us all

And so, she rode on, the horse's hooves pounding against the wounded earth. Her blood mingled with the land's affliction, intertwining her fate with that of the desolate terrain. But as long as she kept going, as long as her spirit remained unbroken, there was a glimmer of possibility, a chance for the lands to be reborn from the erosion and reclaim their former glory.

THE END
